Welcome to my happily ever after...

911

I've had meetings all day for the last two days at work and I haven't been able to update. However, once I move to my new department, I won't ever be able to update at work anymore because I'll be in a highly visible cubicle. Such are the downfalls of more responsibility I guess.

I am determined that I am not going home this afternoon and getting online to look at porn and smoke! I've done that every day this week thus far. I never seem to get anything accomplished at night after I go home from work for this very reason. I'm too busy boinking myself for two or three hours at at time. And to quote a very old episode of Roseanne: "I'm either really, really good at it...or really, really bad."

My work schedule is a killer. I get up for work now at 5:15 AM and leave my apartment at 6:10. Then my work hours are 7 to 4, and I usually get back home at 4:30. Well, lately I have dreamed and tossed and turned all night, and when it was all said and done, I slept about 4 hours total last night. I require at least 8 to function the next day, so as you can imagine, I am a mess. I just popped a Diet Fuel and I hope it kicks in soon because I think it might be improper ettiquette to snore in my next meeting.

I was happy that Kelly won American Idol last night. Now I can stop talking about that.

When I was walking to the library on lunch, I about passed out: there were about 30 firemen walking down the streets of downtown with their shirts off wearing their fire gear and hats. I'm not sure what that was about, but it sure made my day.

Did I mention that my job made me become a certified fire warden for my floor of my office building? Think that would've been a good pickup line?

I think we need to call 911.
